【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60904describesproceduresforthemeasurementofcurrent-voltagecharacteristicsofphotovoltaicdevicesinnaturalorsimulatedsunlight.Theseproceduresareapplicabletoasinglephotovoltaicsolarcell,asub-assemblyofphotovoltaicsolarcells,oraPVmodule.NOTE1Thisstandardmaybeapplicabletomulti-junctiontestspecimens,ifeachsub-junctiongeneratesthesameamountofcurrentasitwouldunderthereferenceAM1,5spectruminIEC60904-3.NOTE2ThisstandardmaybeapplicabletoPVdevicesdesignedforuseunderconcentratedirradiationiftheyareirradiatedusingdirectnormalirradianceandamismatchcorrectionwithrespecttoadirectnormalreferencespectrumisperformed.Thepurposeofthisstandardistolaydownbasicrequirementsforthemeasurementofcurrent-voltagecharacteristicsofphotovoltaicdevices,todefineproceduresfordifferentmeasuringtechniquesinuseandtoshowpracticesforminimisingmeasurementuncertainty.
