【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthequalityassurance(QA)requirementsfortheoperation,maintenance,managementandconfigurationcontroloftestcentresforspaceapplications.Italsodefinestherequirementsforthetreatmentoftestspecimensandthedevelopmentoftestfacilities.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotestcentresasself-standingorganizations,orthosebelongingtoaparentorganization.Separateproceduresarenotrequiredinthelattercaseifactivitiesarecontrolledbytheimplementationofparentorganizationprocedures.Whenviewedinaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisEuropeanStandardshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluatedandmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.[EN14724:2003,clause3]
