【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestohand-heldnon-electricpowertoolsdrivenbyrotaryorlinearmotors,poweredbycompressedairorhydraulicfluidandintendedtobeusedbyoneoperatorandsupportedby:--theoperator'shandorhands;aharness;asuspension,e.g.abalancer.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestohand-heldnon-electricpowertoolsintendedforgrindingandcutting-off,withbonded,coatedandsuperabrasiveproductsforuseonallkindsofmaterials.ThisEuropeanStandardliststhesignificanthazardscausedbysuchpowertoolsandspecifiessafetyrequirementsvalidfordifferentaspectsofsafetyduringtheirforeseeablelifetime.Thispartofthestandardcoverspowertoolsusedwith:--abrasiveproductswithaperipheraloperatingspeedlessthanorequalto80m/s;--cutting-offwheelswithaperipheraloperatingspeedlessthanorequalto100m/s;--abrasiveproductswithoutsidenominaldiameterlessthanorequalto230mm;--cutting-offwheelswithoutsidenominaldiameterlessthanorequalto300ram;wirebrushes.ThisPartofthestandarddoesnotapplyto:--diegrinderswithcolletswhicharetreatedinEN792-9;--polishersandsanderswhicharetreatedinEN792-8;cutting-offmachinesusedforconstruction,rescuepurposeswhicharedrivenbyaninternalcombustionenginewhicharetreatedinENt454.TherearenogrinderscoveredbythisPartofthisEuropeanStandarddrivenbyinternalcombustionengines.Typicalabrasiveproductsusedtogetherwithhand-heldgrindersarelistedinannexC.Specialrequirementsandmodificationsonahand-heldpowertoolforthepurposeofmountingitinafixturearenotcoveredbythispart.NOTEAtthedateofpublicationnogrindersdrivenbyinternalcombustionenginesareknown.
