【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidelinesforthedeterminationofthelong-termstrengthofgeosyntheticsforsoilreinforcement.ThisTechnicalReportdescribesamethodofderivingreductionfactorsforgeosyntheticsoil-reinforcementmaterialstoaccountforcreepandcreeprupture,installationdamageandweathering,andchemicalandbiologicaldegradation.Itisintendedtoprovidealinkbetweenthetestdataandthecodesforconstructionwithreinforcedsoil.ThegeosyntheticscoveredinthisTechnicalReportincludethosewhoseprimarypurposeisreinforcement,suchasgeogrids,wovengeotextilesandstrips,wherethereinforcingcomponentismadefrompolyester(polyethyleneterephthalate),polypropylene,highdensitypolyethylene,polyvinylalcohol,aramidsandpolyamides6and6,6.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotcoverthestrengthofjointsorweldsbetweengeosynthetics,norwhetherthesemightbemoreorlessdurablethanthebasicmaterial.Nordoesitapplytogeomembranes,forexample,inlandfills.Itdoesnotcovertheeffectsofdynamicloading.Itdoesnotconsideranychangeinmechanicalpropertiesduetosoiltemperaturesbelow0°C,northeeffectoffrozensoil.TheTechnicalReportdoesnotcoveruncertaintyinthedesignofthereinforcedsoilstructure,northehumanoreconomicconsequencesoffailure.Anypredictionisnotacompleteassuranceofdurability.
