【摘要】:ThispartofISO11146specifiesmethodsformeasuringbeamwidths(diameter),divergenceanglesandbeampropagationratiosoflaserbeams.ThispartofISO11146isapplicabletogeneralastigmaticbeamsorunknowntypesofbeams.Forstigmaticandsimpleastigmaticbeams,ISO11146-1isapplicable.WithinthispartofISO11146,thedescriptionoflaserbeamsisaccomplishedbymeansofthesecondordermomentsoftheWignerdistributionratherthanphysicalquantitiessuchasbeamwidthsanddivergenceangles.HoweverthesephysicalquantitiesarecloselyrelatedtothesecondordermomentsoftheWignerdistribution.InISO/TR11146-3,formulaearegiventocalculateallrelevantphysicalquantitiesfromthemeasuredsecondordermoments.
