【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresforthesamplingandtestingofthevariousferroalloysforsizing,eitherbeforeoraftershipmentfromtheplantsofthemanufacturers.1.2Theyaredesignedtogiveresultsrepresentativeofeachlotthatwillbecomparablewiththemanufacturer'scertifiedanalysisforthesamelot.1.3Thepurchasermayuseanysamplingprocedurehedesires,buttheresultsobtainedonsuchsamplesshallnotbeabasisforcomplaintorrejection,unlesstheprocedurefollowedisofanaccuracyequivalenttothatprescribedinthesetestmethods.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIequivalentsofinch-poundunitsmaybeapproximate.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
